If you are looking for or needing financing, there
are 2 types of loans that we have arranged
exclusively for our Clients.

1. 1st Mortgages for Barn Houses, Barndominiums, Garage Apartments and More.
2. 2nd Mortgages for all other types of Barns.

The 1st Mortgage can generally be for whatever amount you qualify for with a minimum loan amount of $40,000.

The 2nd Mortgage maximum loan amount is generally $35,000 to $50,000 depending on the lender that we get you approved with. If your barn is $40,000 and you are approved for $35,000 then you must pay the difference.


All loans are subject to approval which includes, but is not limited to:
